Karachi, April 16, 2019: A fun and artistic three-day watercolor workshop culminated at Alcott College, PECHS, conducted by the very talented artist, Anum Ashraf, a painting major and graduate from Indus Valley.
The workshop took place at the studio space of the college in an indoor, floor seating ambiance with all materials provided by Ashraf not to mention also her guidance and inspiration.
On the first day of the workshop, which was on an architectural theme, the artist guided the students on how to wisely choose their subject.
The theme for Day 2 was landscapes. The students learned about color-making and selection that helped them with their basic strokes in watercolors.
On Day 3 of the workshop, students brought their own natural style to the surface with a free theme.
Ashraf’s students were seen enjoying all three days of the workshop along with their teacher. They enhanced their skill and creativity with watercolors over the three days and created pieces which they proudly took home to display.
